Connecting Suggix to Zapier takes just a few steps: In your Suggix workspace, navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Zapier and generate an API key. Next, head over to Zapier, search for the Suggix app, enter your API key to authenticate, and you are ready to build automated Zaps.

The Suggix Zapier app supports three triggers: "New Post" (triggers when a customer submits new feedback), "Post Status Changes" (triggers when feedback moves through workflow stages like Under Review or Completed), and "New Comment" (triggers when comments are posted). It also provides two actions: "Create Post" (automatically creates a feedback post in Suggix) and "Create Changelog" (creates or publishes product release changelogs).

You can generate API keys and connect your Suggix workspace with Zapier on Suggix plans. For Zapier itself, they offer both free and paid tiers depending on your task volume and workflow requirements.
